Lambda Gamma Sigma Chapter & the Light & Achievement Educational Foundation History

Lambda Gamma Sigma Chapter was organized in Pomona, California on May 15, 2010. Our seven Charter members established Lambda Gamma Sigma to encourage progressive growth in the Western Region as well as motivate and uplift at risk youth in the city of Pomona and the immediate surrounding areas. The Chapter successfully mentors undergraduate members at Cal Poly Pomona, the University of La Verne, and California State University, Fullerton. Together Lambda Gamma Sigma and members of the undergraduate chapters Pi Rho, Tau Nu, and Omicron Mu implement innovative activities and fundraisers aligned to the 5 essential programs under the sorority’s umbrella signature program Project Reassurance H3 It’s All About Me.
